Hi I’m Jose Antonio del Fresno, better known here as «Chef Rooftop»! Today I start this new project called «POST …..» something away from my beloved kitchen but closely related to it. This is our corner of direct connection, both as attendees to the Rooftop sessions as with our fans online.

Every week I will post a recipe, tips, tricks and more … I’d like to take the occasion to send you all a big hello, thanks for your either in-situ or streaming assistance. Also say that since I begin this post after a month of sessions, I would like you to evaluate Rooftops and give me yor comments about different caterings you’ve tasted. I will be happy to hear your advices, opinions, questions and suggestions. And my job without you wouldn’t have the same value! We are the Rooftop!

Hola soy Jose Antonio del Fresno, aquí mas conocido como el Chef Rooftop! Hoy inicio este nuevo proyecto llamado «POST….. «, algo lejos de mi querida cocina pero muy relacionado con ella. Este será nuestro rincón de conexión directa, tanto con los asistentes al Rooftop como con nuestros seguidores on-line.

Cada semana os dejare alguna receta, consejo, truco y mucho mas… Aprovecho para mandaros un gran saludo a todos, mil gracias por vuestra asistencia ya sea in-situ o en streaming. También deciros que como empiezo este post ya después de un mes de Rooftops me gustaría que valoraseis y comentaseis los diferentes caterings que habéis degustado. Estaré encantado de escuchar vuestros consejos, opiniones, preguntas y sugerencias. Y es que mi trabajo sin vosotros no tendría el mismo valor! We are the Rooftop!
